Bobby’s Burger Palace features Bobby Flay’s newly revamped and expanded menu of signature burgers, including the just unveiled Vegas Burger, made with White American cheese, Fresno red chiles and BBQ potato chips. All burgers at BBP can also be served topless, where the burger or whole chicken breast is simply stacked onto a bed of greens without the bun.
In addition to the Vegas Burger, the expanded menu at BBP also introduces the Carolina Burger with smoked American cheese, green onion slaw and mustard BBQ sauce; the New Mexico Burger with queso sauce, roasted green chiles and pickled red onions; The hallmark of BBP’s menu, however, continues to be the Crunchburger® with double American cheese and potato chips. When dining at BBP, customers can, at no additional cost, order any burger crunchified, which comes topped with a layer of potato chips between the bun and patty for a delicious crunch.. All burgers may be prepared with Certified Angus Beef or ground turkey, and a whole chicken breast option is also available.
