The menu from Santos, a celebrity chef judge on The Food Network hit series “Chopped,” echoes the multi-ethnic signature dishes of the New York City location and features additional culinary offerings exclusive to Las Vegas including Short Rib ‘Mac & Cheese’, Spring Pea Agnolotti and Nicoise Style Tuna au Poivre.
