Bobby’s Burger Palace features Bobby Flay’s newly revamped and expanded menu of signature burgers, including the just unveiled Vegas Burger, made with White American cheese, Fresno red chiles and BBQ potato chips. All burgers at BBP can also be served topless, where the burger or whole chicken breast is simply stacked onto a bed of greens without the bun.
